We accept returns and unused products within 15 days upon receiving your order. Returned products must have their original packaging, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

Standard Shipping only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 2-5 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.

Buy with Prime eligible orders ship free with your Amazon account. 

Any changes to the shipping address must be done within 1 hour of your order. Please contact support@dragonglassware.com to change the shipping address on your order.
