We accept returns and unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. Returned products must have their original packaging, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Standard Shipping only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 2-5 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.
Need it sooner? We also offer Expedited shipping quoted directly at checkout.
Buy with Prime eligible orders ship free with your Amazon account.
Any changes to the shipping address must be done within 1 hour of your order. Please contact support@dragonglassware.com to change the shipping address on your order. We are not responsible for incorrect address entries. By de-selecting Package Protection, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
International Shipping
DRAGONGLASSWARE.COM is pleased to ship worldwide through our partner, GlobalShopex.com. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost of shipping and duties and taxes upfront. You may prepay duties and taxes when you check out or pay upon delivery. If you prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery. GlobalShopex handles the international checkout and shipping and will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
