5 Spooky Cocktails Perfect for Your Next Halloween Party

Halloween is that time of year where us adults can dress up in costumes, go to haunted houses, and consume copious amounts of candy with no parental supervision. It also means parties, and nothing makes for a great party more than an awesome drink selection. Here are 5 drinks you can try at your next spooky soiree.

Mountain Boo

  • 2 Oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, or any dark rum

  • 12 Oz Mountain Dew Voltage

Mountain Dew has been used in cocktails for some time now, mostly with tequila and gin. This drink however, uses Mountain Dew Voltage, the raspberry citrus version of the soda. Pour 2 ounces of Captain Morgan over ice, then add the Mountain Dew. The blue soda will make the drink green, which is great for the occasion.

  • 2 Oz triple sec

  • ½ cup pomegranate juice

  • Club soda

Mix the tequila, Triple Sec, and pomegranate juice into a shaker, then pour over ice. Mix club soda to finish off the drink. This recipe is for a single drink, but you can modify the amounts to make a big bowl of punch.
