Warranty Terms
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY FOR DRAGON GLASSWARE®
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from or distributed by, DRAGON GLASSWARE® (the "Physical Goods"). Subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth herein, DRAGON GLASSWARE® warrants to the original retail purchaser against any defects in workmanship and/or material. This limited lifetime warranty is valid for the life of each product, so long as the original retail purchaser owns such product.
WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, DRAGON GLASSWARE® will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS?
DRAGON GLASSWARE® will either repair or replace the Physical Goods at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from DRAGON GLASSWARE® begins from the date of purchase and is valid for the life of the Physical Goods.
