How to Make Honey Lemon Tea

Today, I'm going to teach you how to make a soothing cup of honey lemon tea, which is perfect for promoting relaxation while easing aches and pains.


1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (save lemon)
1 cup of boiling water


Add honey and lemon juice in mug of boiling water. Add cut lemon directly into water. Stir. Add more honey to taste.
